Job Opportunity: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Experience: 4 - 10 years (Candidates with less than 4 years of experience will not be considered)

Availability: Immediate joiner only .

Duration: 6 months, with the potential for renewal

We seek a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team at Winfo. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our cutting-edge projects and work closely with functional consultants and business users.


The primary responsibilities include utilizing HCM Data Loader and spreadsheet data loader to import and manage large volumes of data accurately. The consultant will develop and manage HCM Extracts to fulfill reporting and data export requirements, set up and manage system alerts to monitor key processes and ensure timely notifications, and create and maintain Fast Formulae for various HCM processes, ensuring they meet business requirements.


The role also involves debugging and resolving technical issues within the HCM suite in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations, implementing enhancements across the HCM suite, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption. The consultant will work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions is essential to ensure clarity and ease of understanding for future reference.


Key skills and expertise required include proficiency in using HCM Data Loader and spreadsheet data loader for data import and management, expertise in developing and managing HCM Extracts for various reporting needs, ability to configure and manage alerts within the Oracle HCM suite, strong skills in creating and maintaining Fast Formulae to support business processes, experience in debugging and resolving technical issues in a support environment, and proven experience in delivering enhancements and customizations within the HCM suite. Excellent communication skills are essential to enable effective collaboration with functional consultants and business users.


Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4 - 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical roles. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and immediate availability for the role are also required.
