Position Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Cluster Manager (Two-Wheeler)

to join our team. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders, who in turn recruit and manage riders. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the last mile delivery industry, and a passion for sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead, manage, and support Team Leaders in their daily operations. Ensure that Team Leaders are effectively recruiting, training, and managing riders.Target Achievement: Set performance targets for Team Leaders and ensure that they are met or exceeded. Develop strategies to improve team performance and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for Team Leaders when issues arise. Provide guidance and support to resolve operational problems and escalate issues when necessary.Rider Escalations: Handle escalations from riders regarding operational issues, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and effectively.Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Team Leaders and riders, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, challenges, and achievements. Present these reports to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Sustainability Initiatives: Promote the use of electric vehicles and sustainable practices within the team. Encourage riders to adopt eco-friendly practices and support the company’s mission of reducing carbon emissions.

Requirements:Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the last mile delivery or logistics industry.Strong understanding of team management, target setting, and performance monitoring.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for sustainable transportation and a commitment to environmental responsibility.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
