The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:  Roles & Responsibilities: Team Lead responsible for Android HAL(HIDL/AIDL) design development and porting. Guide and mentor, the technical members to deliver commitments on time with Quality. Interact with customer on the project technical aspects and prepare and present the project technical progress. Co-ordinate and collaborate with onsite support members and communicate the requirements to the offshore team. Predict project risks and develop mitigation plans. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Good Experience in Android architecture and AAOS. Experience in Porting/migrating Android system to new SoC/System Experience in Bootloader, Linux Internals, Linux BSP and driver development Android HAL experience (Implementation, Porting) Experience with vehicle HAL Experience designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and supporting development/porting of Android/Linux platform Desired Skill Good Experience in Android architecture and Android Automotive OS.Experience in Porting/migrating Android HAL(HIDL/AIDL) to new SoC/SystemGood programming skill in C++ and C. Android HAL(HIDL/AIDL) experience (Implementation, Porting)Graphics HAL & Graphics framework Multimedia Framework and Audio/Video HAL Security Camera HAL (low priority) Connectivity (WiFi, Bluetooth etc.) Experience with vehicle HAL Experience designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and supporting development/porting of Android HAL.Good debugging skill Android/Linux Kernel & BSP (Good to have)
