SAP Security GRC:Minimum 5 years experience in SAP Security, GRC, SAP Identity Management, IT Governance, Risk, Audit, and Internal Controls (certification is required in at least one of GRC, IDM or SAP security)Extensive Design and Implementation experience of SAP IDM, Security and GRC frameworks for SAP product landscape including SAP IDM, SAP ECC, SRM, MDM, xECM, Winapps, SAP HR, HANA, BW/BO, SOLMAN solutions, Mobility, Xec.Extensive experience in implementing HR triggered position-based security using SAP IDMSQL Query skills and integration to non-SAP environments.Client facing skills - Leading analysis, client interviews and workshops Experience in conducting Governance Risk Compliance sessions/workshops with the business stakeholders with a great deal of focus on Risk reduction and Sod Compliance remediation Technical Competencies Good integration knowledge/experience between other relevant SAP modules like HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO, ABAPQualifications: Degree Qualified SAP Certified GRC with additional detailed knowledge of SAP IDM Non-Technical CompetenciesAbility to understand and interpret complex business requirements and effectively translate into applications solutions. Demonstrated success at designing applications that solve business problems. Demonstrated problem solving and remediation skills. Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate to technical and lay audiences initiative to anticipate situations and problems and ability to advise on appropriate workarounds and solutions.
