Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Accounting Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in budget preparation. Other responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, preparing tax returns, and supporting the finance team with various accounting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and reconciling bank statements
  • Experience with managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting audits
  • Knowledge of financial compliance regulations and tax return preparation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Minimum experience of 5 years.
