About the Role :

Are you eager to launch your career as a ServiceNow Developer? We are seeking a motivated and quick learner to join our growing team In this fast-track role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the automation and improvement of our IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Responsibilities :

- Assist senior developers in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications.

- Learn and utilize ServiceNow Core Development tools, including scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript.

- Gain experience with configuring UI policies, business rules, and workflows.

- Observe and participate in ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies (learning opportunity).

- Support the analysis of business needs and their translation into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow issues under the guidance of senior developers.

- Contribute to maintaining and updating existing ServiceNow applications (learning opportunity).

- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and contribute to effective solutions.

Qualifications :

- Strong interest in IT service management and automation.

- Basic understanding of IT concepts and systems.

- Eagerness to learn and a willingness to be mentored by experienced developers.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
