Job Title: Instrumentation & Control Engineer

About Schlumberger Technical Services India (STSI):

Job Responsibilities

- Acting as a discipline lead for the project.- Developing project philosophy and design basis for their discipline.- Managing vendor and subcontracted engineering company engineering tasks in his domain of expertise- Preparing technical requisition and participating in vendor proposal technical evaluation.- Supporting I&C Equipment FAT and Site Commissioning

- Academic Qualifications- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)- Diploma : Masters- Minimum 8 years of experience- Experience in oil and gas industry

Skills Required

- Knowledge and experience with Instrument Datasheets, Logic Diagrams, IO count, System Architecture, Hook-up drawings, vendor evaluation, Equipment FAT & field commissioning support.- Equipment use in Hazardous area- Fire and gas detection system.- API MPMS, IEC 60079

This is an office-based position, with the expectation to come in four days a week.
