Actuarial Life Pricing

We are looking for a dynamic Life Actuarial Analyst to join the Actuarial Pricing team of a leading life insurance company. This is a remote role focused on product pricing , regulatory filings , and benchmarking in collaboration with internal teams and reinsurers. Ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in individual life product pricing, model development, and IRDAI filing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies for new product pricing Build and maintain Excel-based pricing models Prepare and manage IRDAI product filings and respond to related queries Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development , Underwriting , Marketing , Legal , and Reinsurers Maintain pricing models and documentation in an organized format Conduct market benchmarking for product features and pricing Stay updated on regulatory changes relevant to product design and pricing Develop product calculators before integration with internal systems Support internal stakeholders with product-related queries Qualifications & Competencies: Graduate or Postgraduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field 2 to 4 years of actuarial work experience, preferably in individual life insurance pricing Cleared 3 to 5 actuarial papers CT1, CT5 or CM1 is mandatory Strong understanding of life insurance products Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and VBA – mandatory Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup What We Offer: Fully remote work opportunity Exposure to core pricing, product development, and regulatory functions Opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Supportive work culture with room for professional growth Competitive compensation and benefits
