Job Title: E-commerce Lead (Amazon Vendor Central - US/EU)


Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Vendor Central Management:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of operations within Amazon Vendor Central.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and invoices.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize stock levels.

- Implement strategies to improve sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction on Amazon.


2. FBA Shipment Management:

- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments through Amazon's FBA program.

- Optimize shipment processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with Amazon's FBA requirements and regulations.


3. Dispute Management:

- Proactively identify and address disputes and issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.

- Work closely with internal teams and Amazon support to resolve disputes on time.

- Analyse root causes of disputes and implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.


4. Chargeback Handling:

- Manage chargebacks and deductions effectively, including investigation, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.

- Develop strategies to reduce chargebacks and improve overall profitability.


5. Amazon Logistics:

- Coordinate with Amazon logistics services to optimize delivery processes and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delivery issues or delays promptly.


6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Generate regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, including sales, inventory levels, and fulfilment rates.

- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance e-commerce operations and drive business growth.


7. Product Listing Optimization:

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings on Amazon.

- Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and product content enhancements to improve visibility and conversion rates.


8. Pricing Strategy and Competitor Analysis:

- Monitor competitive pricing trends and conduct a thorough analysis to inform pricing strategies.

- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the marketplace.


9. Promotions and Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including deals, discounts, and advertising initiatives on Amazon.

- Analyse campaign performance and ROI to optimise future marketing efforts.


Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in e-commerce operations, with a focus on Amazon Vendor Central management.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with FBA shipment management, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, and Amazon logistics.

- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- EU and UK region experience on Amazon is highly preferred.
