With a global workforce of over 80,000 professionals and a presence in more than 50 countries.Job Title: Primavera P6Location: PAN INDIAExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type : Contract-to-HireWork Mode: Work From OfficeNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysJob Description:Assist in the development updating and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 MS Project or similar softwareSupport the Planning Engineer or Project Controls Manager in creating work breakdown structures WBS and activity codingAssist with the generation of weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and performance metrics eg SPI CPICollaborate with engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams to collect data for schedule updatesMaintain schedule related documentation and support audits and reviewsCollaborate with L3 support engineers to address technical issues in a timely mannerQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in engineering construction management or a related technical field5 years of experience in planning scheduling in Primavera P6 preferably within the oil and gas or heavy industrial sectorsProficiency in Primavera P6 is required knowledge of MS Excel Power BI and other planning tools is a plusFamiliarity with project phases in the oil and gas industry Conceptual FEED EPC and CommissioningUnderstanding of project management principles and earned value management EVMExcellent organizational analytical and communication skillsDesirable SkillsCertification or coursework in project management e.g. PMP PSP or equivalentExperience in offshore or onshore oil gas projectsAbility to work in a multicultural team and under tight deadlinesKnowledge of cost control and integration with schedule planningFluent in speaking English and HindiWorking ConditionsOffice based with potential site visits as required First 6 months debuted at Gurgaon customer place post to that the candidate will be working at Bina,MPMust be willing to work extended hours or shifts depending on project timelinesExposure to a high paced and demanding project environment
