Research Analyst

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and generating valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research using various methodologies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, data analysis) to gather information on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.- Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources (market research reports, customer surveys, social media) using statistical software and data visualization tools.- Identify key trends, patterns, and insights from the data analysis.- Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, product development).- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, research methodologies, and data analysis techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 2+ years of experience in research analysis or a similar role.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, Excel) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to a non-technical audience.- A curious mind and a passion for uncovering the "why" behind market dynamics.

Bonus Points for:

- Experience with specific research methodologies relevant to the industry (e.g., conjoint analysis, sentiment analysis).- Experience with online research tools and social media listening platforms.- Knowledge of specific industry or market research techniques.- A portfolio showcasing your research projects and data analysis skills.
