Job Title : Tableau Developer

Job Location : Gurugram

Start Date : As soon as possible (Immediate joiners highly preferred)

Mandatory Skills :

1. Tableau

2. Data Modelling, Data Blending, Data Visualization, Data Validation.

3. Relational Database, SQL, LOD, Complex Charts, Parameters.

Key Responsibilities :

- 3-5 Years of experience as a Tableau Developer.

- Experience in Data Modelling and Relational Databases (ability to create integrated data models from disparate sources)

- Create, maintain, and optimize interactive data visualizations and deploy Best-In-Class dashboards using Tableau.

- Understanding of Parameter/ LOD/complex charts is a must.

- Proficiency in database technologies such as Microsoft Access or SQL Server is preferred.

- Provide Quality assessments and ensure Data validations & Testing.

- Present progress and results to the onshore team and collect consistent feedback for revisions.

- Excellent communication skillset (both verbal & written)

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, particularly Excel.

- Knowledge of JIRA/Smartsheet/Confluence is preferred.

Communication Skills :

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.


- Strong organizational and analytical skills.


- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.


- Ability to effectively present information.

Data Management & Analytics :

- Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills.


- Ability to create integrated data models from disparate sources.


- Understanding of relational databases.


- Intermediate to advanced Tableau skills are required.


- Highly skilled in dashboard design and development.


- Understanding of Parameter/ LOD/complex charts is mandatory.


- Proficiency in database technologies such as Microsoft Access or SQL Server is preferred.
