Position Overview: As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven strategic decisions by conducting deep market and competitive research, building compelling visualizations, and delivering actionable insights. Collaborating closely with analytics teams and business leaders, you will support the execution of Vontier’s corporate strategy initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-4 years of experience who want to build a career in corporate strategy and develop expertise in market research, business intelligence, and strategic storytelling. Key Responsibilities: • Lead comprehensive market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks.• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visual reports using BI tools to clearly communicate strategic insights to leadership.• Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable strategic recommendations and polished presentations for senior management and executive audiences.• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive communication, effectively telling the story behind the data.• Collaborate with business intelligence and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and develop tools that support strategic decision-making.• Support scenario analysis, business modelling, and other corporate strategy formulation activities.• Work within an agile framework to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times, adapting to evolving business needs.• Continuously explore and implement industry best practices and emerging analytical and visualization techniques to enhance strategic capabilities.• Engage cross-functionally to gather insights, understand strategic priorities, and ensure alignment of deliverables with organizational goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.• 2-4 years of experience in market analysis, corporate strategy support, consulting, or business intelligence, preferably in technology or mobility sectors.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, Macros and data visualization.• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau with ability to build intuitive dashboards and reports is a plus.• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying; familiarity with Python or R is advantageous but not mandatory.• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.• Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives is desirable.• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence.• Basic understanding of AI concepts and data integration frameworks is a plus.  Vontier is a $3B global industrial technology company focused on smarter transportation and mobility.
