Taking care of All types of IP - Admissions
Develop and maintain an effective relationship between Patient Business Services and physicians and internal customers.
Develop, recommend, and implement changes in department policies and procedures as appropriate to enhance the delivery of services.
Coordinate the collection and analysis of data related to patient flow; identify and implement adjustments to established processes to enhance the delivery of services.
Work closely and professionally with nursing and ancillary departments in an effort to maintain a teamwork approach
Review daily pre-service log to ensure accounts have been activated
Excel in all functions performed by patient representatives
Update collection system and requests re-bill when appropriate
Collect/request deposits and co - pays
Schedule and assist with evaluation processes; helps resolve patient and employee concerns
Work collaboratively with Medical Director and Quality to maintain, evaluate, and modify patient flow systems.
To coordinate with HID department and the concerned consultant and arrange for video counselling.
Supervise and maintain effectiveness of patient flow.
