Procurement and Product Management

Overview: TheProcurement Manager will be the cornerstone of our procurementoperations tasked with the strategic sourcing of Small HomeAppliances Home Electronics and Home Appliances from appropriateand reliable vendors. The successful candidate will develop andimplement costeffective procurement strategies ensuring thefulfillment of organizational targets and managing the entireprocurement process to maximize efficiency andvalue.
Responsibilities

• Developand execute procurement strategies that align with company goalsfor the Electronics Home ApplianceDivision.
• Source reliable suppliers andnegotiate terms for costeffective qualityprocurement.
• Manage logistics and oversee thedocumentation process for the supplychain.
• Collaborate with finance to guideproduct costing/pricing for marketcompetitiveness.
• Assist in resolving technicalissues with products experiencing fieldfailures.
• Conduct overseas technicalinspections and supervise PreDeliveryInspections.
• Lead postreceipt inspection andR&D efforts to ensure product standards aremet.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with financesales and service departments for operationalalignment.
• Oversee the procurement budgetaiming for longterm cost savings.
• Maintain andfoster strong relationships with suppliers for sustainablesourcing

Qualifications

• Experiencein procurement specifically in the ElectronicsHome
• Appliance sector with a proven trackrecord of managing international supplychains.
• A strong network of reliable vendorsand suppliers preferably in China India and other thirdcountries.
• Solid understanding of theelectronics market with the ability to independently research andpropose the best procurementsolutions.
• Proficient in budgeting Supply Chainand cost management
• Exceptional negotiationcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto work under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.
• Proficient in English and preferablywith basic knowledge of Chinese or Hindi to facilitate negotiationswith key suppliers.
• Proven track record innegotiation strategic thinking and crossfunctionalcollaboration.
