About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to breathe life into static designs through captivating animations in the Web3 space. If you have a passion for storytelling through motion and can transform ideas into visually engaging content, this role is for youAs part of our creative team, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and developers to craft dynamic motion content for various digital platforms.What We’re Looking ForA strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in motion graphics, storyboarding, scripting, and animation (experience in character animation is a plus).A solid understanding of motion principles, typography, color psychology, and visual storytelling.Ability to create motion design assets that seamlessly integrate into a larger design system.Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Experience using AI tools such as Adobe Express, Midjourney, or Leonardo AI is a plus.Key responsibilitiesClosely interact with the marketing team to understand requirements, ensuring high-quality output.Convey designs through compelling storytelling—using sketches, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups.Collaborate with the creative team including designers, content writers, and marketers to ensure alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and video editing tools to keep content fresh and innovative.Clearly articulate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually.Create motion posters, gifs, motion graphics video etc.Manage file organization, backups, and version control for all projects.Bonus Points ForExperience or familiarity with the Web3 space (huge advantage).Graphic design skills to complement and enhance your motion work.
