Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 8+ years in relevant roles, having worked with contractors, developers, or project management consultancies (PMCs).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage various finishing works, including flooring, false ceilings, painting, furniture, windows, façades, plumbing, MEP, ELV, fire fighting, and waterproofing.
  • Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and ensure quality checks.
  • Manage manpower, material ordering, and project timelines.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in quality checking, manpower requirements, material quantification, and overall project management.
  • Familiar with industry standards and best practices in civil construction and finishing works.
  • Relocation and Adaptability:
  • Ready to relocate as a bachelor to Congo.
  • Must possess a valid passport and have experience working in different states within India.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Polite, professional, and eager to grow within the company.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse environments.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • CTC: INR 9.6 to 12 Lakhs per annum.
  • 30% of the monthly salary will be retained for the first 6 months. From the 7th month onwards, the full salary will be credited to the candidate’s account. The retention amount will be released upon project completion or after 18 months, whichever is earlier. If the candidate does not complete the project, the company will not release the retention money.
  • Note: The CTC is all-inclusive. No additional benefits such as PF, medical insurance, or other facilities will be provided. There will be no payment for local expenses.
