Job Title: Senior Safety ManagerAs a Senior Safety Manager at HN Safal, you will lead and implement the organization’s safety management systems across all projects. The role involves policy development, audits, training, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will be responsible for cultivating a strong safety culture and ensuring that all project activities are carried out with zero compromise on health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in line with statutory and company requirements.Lead safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all project sites.Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and legal requirements.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective/preventive measures.Conduct safety training programs and awareness sessions for staff, contractors, and workers at all levels.Ensure safety equipment and systems are regularly inspected, maintained, and compliant with regulations.Coordinate with project heads, consultants, and contractors to resolve safety issues and enforce safe work practices.Maintain accurate records of safety performance and prepare MIS reports for management.Drive a culture of proactive safety, encouraging reporting of unsafe conditions and continuous improvement.Guide and mentor junior safety officers/managers to build a strong safety team across projects.About YouMinimum Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety / Safety Management.Minimum Experience: 8–12 years in safety managementSoftware Knowledge: MS Office, safety audit software, and reporting tools.Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, accident investigation, risk management, and training methodologies.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.Note: Applications will be considered only from candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry.Why Join HN Safal?At HN Safal, one of Ahmedabad’s most trusted and innovative real estate developers, you will:Lead the safety vision across landmark luxury and ultra-luxury projects.Work with experienced professionals and play a key role in risk-free project execution.Shape and mentor the next generation of safety professionals.Contribute to a culture that values people, safety, and sustainability.
