Reporting to directly to Head of Organizational Effectiveness and dotted line into Head of HR APAC, you will play a pivotal role in leading, driving and building the Alter Domus Academy for the APAC region. You’ll ensure that:

AD employees can access the training, learning and development opportunities to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours in line with their roles and career aspirations. APAC business learning needs are effectively addressed to drive employees’ capability in line with business objectives and strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the implementation of structures, processes, systems (technology) and governance underpinning the Alter Domus Academy at regional level. Lead the annual organisation-wide learning needs analysis and the creation of the yearly Academy activities calendar, supported by HR Advisors, Academy Team members and Academy Steerco. Partner with Regional HR Business Advisor to ensure the Academy is underpinned by meaningful, innovative and timely content related to On-boarding, Career Development, Mgt. & Leadership Development, Technical and Mandatory learning. Lead the APAC Academy Network, ensuring solutions are aligned with the Regional functional and operational needs. Partner with Internal Comms to design and develop Academy communications and engagement plans, ensuring our people understand, are excited by, and use the Academy as their destination for personal and professional development. Manage the APAC Academy Preferred Suppliers list, ensuring great relationships, robust evaluation of services, and continuous improvement of suppliers’ offering. Drive automation, AI and digital as key enablers of the Alter Domus Academy, ensuring learning solutions are innovative, commercial, engaging and scalable. Monitor the APAC Academy budget, ensuring activities are delivered in line with the overall Academy budget, evaluating value for. Facilitate / deliver learning solutions where appropriate, ensuring interventions are fit for purpose. Design, develop and, ensuring learning solutions are fit for purpose and have a positive and measurable impact on capability, engagement and productivity. Play an active role in other aspect of Organisational Effectiveness agenda, including employee engagment, change & transition, diversity & inclusion. Keep abreast of the most up to date research and development to ensure the relevance and validity of Alter Domus approach to change. Actively contribute towards the promotion, implementation and measurement of Alter Domus HR Strategy/ EVP, acting as a change agent, collaborator and advocate of our future ambitions. Act as a true ambassador of learning and is perceived as a leader who is agile, willing to partner and takes responsiblityfor their personal and professiopnal development and growth.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Designing, developing and implementing Academies for fast growing global organisations. Designing, developing and deploying learning solutions related to on-boarding, career development, management and leadership development, technical and mandatory training. Driving the architecture of Alter Domus Learning Tech ecosystem, based on the principles of systems integration and best-of-breed approach. Driving a digital learning mindset and embedding learning solutions based on the digital design principles. Leading communities of practice to create the right solutions for the organisation and regions. Driving change in a complex, global, fast growing and matrix environment.

YOUR PROFILE

A proven people leader – a pace setter who builds, drives and coaches their team to success. In-depth knowledge of Organisation Development, Learning & Development and its commercial application. Understands the importance of strategy and builds robusts operational plans to deliver on strategic objectives. Strong project management skills, including planning, organising and execution of multiple projects. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Can and is willing to drive win-win solutions. Professional, commercial and trustworthy. Teamworker – drives collaboration across teams and is comfortable performing within a matrix organisation. Display understanding of culutral norms, and proven example of localizing L&D activites where applicable Approachable, empathetic – strong emotional inteligence. Resilient – thrives on driving change in complex and global environments. Passionate about their personal development – seeks feedback and takes action to improve performance and personal impact.
