  • Be able to type fast for documentation / notes / emails to their teams.
  • Hands on with LinkedIn recruiter, different job portals, ATS, Excel, Word, Google docs and sheets.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree is Must, MBA preferred.
  • Should not work in a silo, loves to work in teams.

About the Position:


We are seeking a fast-paced, dynamic and creative candidate who loves to talk to new people and is passionate about the recruitment process. The person should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities:


· Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.

· Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.

· Use internal ATS and HRMS, Recruitment Marketing tools etc for hiring purposes.

· Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc).

· Creating and Maintaining Pipelines for all open positions together.

· Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews (Internal and external).

· Reference Checks and Follow up with candidates/stakeholder/technical team.
