What you'll achieve

As a
Senior Java Backend Developer
, you will design, develop, and support scalable and secure healthcare applications. You'll handle the full lifecycle—analysis, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting—while ensuring high performance and quality. Working independently and with a skilled team, you'll contribute to digital transformation projects like
PCS
, improving efficiency and patient care across healthcare organizations.

You will:

  • Build backend applications using
    Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
    , and
    Microservices
    .
  • Work with
    JSON/XML, FHIR, OAuth/OpenAPI
    , and databases (
    SQL/RDBMS
    ).
  • Use tools like
    Docker, SonarQube, Postman, and TFS
    to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Apply
    design patterns, SOLID principles
    , and implement robust error handling.
  • Debug complex issues, deliver solutions in
    Agile teams
    , and mentor junior developers.

Here's what you'll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in
    Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
    .
  • 6–10 years
    of IT experience with leadership in multiple projects.
  • Expertise in
    large-scale, mission-critical applications
    (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong
    debugging, problem-solving
    , and client collaboration skills.
  • Experience in
    mentoring and guiding teams
    .

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of
    versioning, filters, fallback patterns, paging, and caching.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile practices
    and continuous integration approaches.
  • Understanding of
    digital transformation frameworks
    and industry standards in healthcare IT.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
