Exposure to Oracle, Postgre SQL, or Python will be considered an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.Optimize dashboards and SQL queries for performance and usability.Work with data models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making.Integrate Tableau with various databases (Oracle, Postgre SQL, etc.).Support ETL and data preparation tasks when required.Document development processes, best practices, and user guides.Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and BI trends.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3–4 years of proven experience as a Tableau Developer / BI Developer.Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online.Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query large datasets.Experience in working with data warehousesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience with Oracle or Postgre SQL databases.Working knowledge of Python for data preparation, automation, or advanced analytics.Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for BI solutions.Connect with me via email at or on Linked In for further discussions
