Role Overview As a Specialist Programmer , you will design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using advanced programming techniques. This role demands deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with architects and product teams to design robust, scalable solutions. Optimize code for performance, security, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in full stack Java / Python / .NET / Node.js (choose based on your tech stack). Frontend Technologies Preferred- Angular/React/Javascript Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns . Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture , Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) . Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices , and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) . Familiarity with Database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 5+ yrs of experience Education- BE/B.tech/Me/M.tech/MS- Tire 1 or Tire 2 institutes Preferred Skills Experience in AI/ML , Big Data , or Blockchain technologies. Exposure to Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) .
