Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the energy and utilities sector Stay abreast of industry trends and developments Managing ongoing litigation and disputes in collaboration with external counsel and internal teams Providing strategic legal advisory on a wide range of issues including risk mitigation, policy, and governance The Successful Applicant A degree in law from a recognised institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Prior experience in litigation or dispute resolution in the energy sector would be a great plus
