Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work with various stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans using methodologies like Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, or a hybrid approach.
  • Task Management: Break down projects into manageable tasks, assign resources, and coordinate with line managers and tech leads to ensure resource availability.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure projects meet all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Documentation: Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records to support finance and tracking needs.
  • Project Launch: Oversee the successful launch of projects, ensuring steady delivery and managing any post-launch issues or bug fixes.
  • Methodology Compliance: Ensure all projects are executed with correct project management methodologies from initiation to closure.
  • Additional Support: Support briefing, requirement gathering, scoping, negotiation, and budgeting with clients, vendors, and freelancers.
  • Compliance and Financial Management: Ensure compliance parameters are fulfilled by managing costs, raising LPOs, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Estimations: Perform estimations for small jobs using development background and industry experience.
  • Process Improvement: Support the implementation of Azure DevOps to streamline project execution with more transparency.


Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in risk management and quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Background in development is a plus, providing an edge in managing technical projects.
