If you have leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping teams perform at their best, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the fitness team (trainers, floor staff, PT coordinators) to deliver exceptional member experience.• Drive Personal Training (PT) sales, renewals, and overall fitness revenue.• Ensure high-quality floor management, proper trainer scheduling, and daily operational efficiency.• Conduct periodic trainer performance reviews, skill assessments, and training workshops.• Ensure all members receive proper fitness onboarding, assessments, and customized guidance.• Maintain a motivating, clean, and safe training environment at all times.• Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and fitness protocols.• Handle member escalations professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.• Collaborate with the Club Manager to execute promotions, fitness events, and community engagement activities.
