Qualifications and Skills

Technical Architecture expertise with 7-10 years of experience in the real estate industryStrong Solution Design and System Integration skills to deliver functional and fortified architectural formsProficiency in Enterprise Architecture principles and Project Management to oversee the design processKnowledge of Structural Engineering for building stability and safetyExperience in preparing Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications for construction projects

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to create innovative architectural solutions for luxury residential projectsDevelop architectural designs that meet client's requirements while adhering to technical and regulatory standardsCreate detailed drawings, blueprints, and schematics for construction purposesManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with structural engineers and other professionals to integrate systems and materials effectively
