We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual as a Data Entry cum Junior Accountant. This role requires hands-on experience with ZOHO Books and ZOHO Inventory, and involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory data, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and manage financial transactions in ZOHO Books
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory records using ZOHO Inventory
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Assist with monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
  • Monitor stock levels and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Generate financial and inventory reports for internal review
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure data accuracy

Mandatory Requirements

  • Prior hands-on experience with ZOHO Books and ZOHO Inventory
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and inventory workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
