Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer proficient in SSIS, SSRS, and C# to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of database management, data integration, and reporting tools.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using .NET framework and related technologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Create and maintain SSRS reports for data visualization and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through efficient coding practices and database design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document code, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer with expertise in C# programming language.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for creating and managing reports.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL queries, and database design principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Knowledge of advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience working in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
