About the position:

What you’ll do:
Design and implement statistical experiments to test and validate hypotheses on various datasets
Carry out advanced data analyses to understand complex datasets and complex problems
Communicate design and impact of data science projects and present analytical conclusions in reports to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with other team members to develop, test, and implement data-driven trading strategies
What you bring: (requirements)
PhD or Masters in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or related field OR Relevant work experience in trading, quantitative research and modelling
Deep understanding of statistical modelling
Strong coding skills and fluency with the numerical and statistical libraries (Python or Matlab)
Experience applying statistical analysis to small and large datasets
Experience working in a Linux environment
Demonstrated ability to exchange ideas and convey complex information clearly and
concisely both verbally and in writing
