Academic Counsellor JOB SCOPE: Under the guidance of the Head of Institute and in co-ordination with Sales Team and within the limits of established Company policies advise and monitor the clients for achieving the desired object.  Role & responsibilities  
  • To promote the institute and its courses & ensure proper handling of walk-ins, counselling prospective students and Converting enquiries to registrations
  • Tie-up with local Colleges, Schools, Tuition houses
  • To provide relevant information to clients or refer them to appropriate departments within the centre
  • To reconfirm appointments or make reminder calls to clients who have specifically requested for a particular service.
  • To attend all staff meetings as and when directed by the Center Head and to attend Trainings as and when nominated by the Corporate Office / Centre Head.
  • To perform outdoor duties whenever Company organizes event beyond the centre premises.
