This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Product Designer at Alyve Health. Based in Bengaluru or Mumbai. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our overall user experience. As a Sr. Product Designer, you will drive innovative design solutions and be a strong advocate for our end users, ensuring their needs and perspectives are at the forefront of our product development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct design thinking processes to develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Develop high-quality design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Advocate for the user's perspective in discussions about product strategy and design.


Qualifications:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in product design.
  • Strong skills in visual design and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in user research methodologies and product design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
