Job Purpose:To provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure that Yard Management all equipment’s, piping’s and systems are completed (from concept to commissioning and production stabilization) as per the requirement.To participate actively and support team with technical knowledge and expertise for other areas as and when required.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Plant layout with right equipment configuration-HSE-Selection of Vendor-Detailed engineering -Planning & Execution-

Functional Skills:1. Subject matter expert in all types of mechanical equipment pertaining to RMHS and have thorough knowledge of all the areas of Material Handling system and Steel Making Plant.2. Coordinate with consumers regarding their production plan and provide required raw material through optimum utilization of the assets, with minimum downtime. Ensure minimum degradation of material being supplied, by selecting optimum path of supply.3. Production planning activities, shift planning activities, Process control and Audit, Process SOP, Process Trials, IMS, Manpower planning / Training, internal and external audit, material Quality monitoring, Final Bill certification & Signing, HSE (PSM, HIRAC, HAZOP study, Emergency response plan, Aspect impact analysis (AIA) & Safe operating procedures for safe plant operation), Lean CTR Coordinator, Sujhav / PAA / FMEA.4. Possess detailed knowledge/skill on Conveyor system, all types of gear box / coupling / belts / crushers / screens / stacker / reclaimer / bins / shuttle conv / tripper etc. Should also have knowledge of blowers and their lubrication systems, compressors and blowers, dust collection systems and conveying system.5. Should have leadership quality and drive team to sustainable cost-effective operation. Should possess a thorough knowledge of the latest material handling system available and best practices.6. Responsible for Safety working culture across material handling system.7. Coordination with top management for optimization of productivity.8. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Shut down planning, new manpower requirement to be fulfil by help of HR and HOD. Attend ORM / QRM / CRM- on weekly, Half monthly and monthly basis with ED Operations9. Should have hands on experience on both Projects and O&M.
