At Porcellia, here's what we actually do for brands: Get them more customers, fast Make those customers spend more Make them come back If this sounds exciting instead of overwhelming, you’re already halfway there. What You’ll Actually Do Support strategic growth initiatives across multiple brands Track and follow up on actionables - no loose ends Coordinate across teams (design, copy, media, retention) to keep work moving Own daily/weekly reporting and help build visibility for key metrics Bring operational discipline to the chaos that comes with scaling brands Who You Are (as a person, not a resume) You care about doing things well, not just doing them You notice details others miss You follow through even when no one is watching You communicate clearly, calmly, respectfully You love structure, but aren’t afraid of chaos You want to learn how real growth works, not how it looks on Instagram Your day might look like this: Chase this month’s numbers as if it’s your business Plan for next month too because growth is built, not lucked into Think about what might move ROAS this week Think about CRO and where customers might be dropping Coordinate with copy + design to launch fast Find what works, Kill what doesn’t Ask: What haven’t we tried yet?
