We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing ERP projects, with a specific focus on Workday implementation and integration. As a Assistant Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping the Product Team drive the delivery of our ERP solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities:Assist the Product Team in managing the end-to-end development lifecycle, including resourcing, design, unit testing, build review, deployment, and knowledge transfer.Translate client requirements into comprehensive deliverables and roadmaps for implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into feature specifications.Identify technical constraints, dependencies, and potential risks, proactively addressing them to ensure successful execution.Assisting with the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards.Helping the Product Team define processes around quality assurance for our deliverables.Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including implementation guides, and process documentation.Ensure documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.Facilitate thorough testing and validation of our solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to help derive potential solutions to deliver to clients.Identify gaps in our development lifecycle and propose improvements to ensure success.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Technical Writing.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Business Administration, preferably working with ERP projects, with a focus on Workday.Understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration concepts.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to work in ambiguous environments and create structure and process where there are gaps.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and devise creative solutions.Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, business analysts, and subject matter experts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and Workday implementation would be a plus.
