Job Description

Une entreprise de commerce de produits sanitaires recherche des vendeurs libre service pour plusieurs de ses implantations (postes à pourvoir sur les environs de Strasbourg, Sarrebourg et Obernai).


L'entreprise recrute avec le CFA-IESA et vous devrez aussi suivre des cours au sein de notre école sur Strasbourg à partir de la rentrée.


En parallèle de votre temps en entreprise, vous préparerez le Bac+3 Responsable Marketing Opérationnel en alternance dès la rentrée 2024.

Vous aurez cours 3 jours par semaine, une semaine sur deux.


Vos missions seront les suivantes :


  • Réceptionner les marchandises
  • Rempoter les casiers vides et réaliser des inventaires tournants
  • Assurer le facing et l'étiquetage
  • Garantir la propreté, le rangement, la sécurité pour les usagers
  • Accueillir le client, se rendre disponible et être à l'écoute
  • Prendre en charge le client, recueillir ses besoins afin de l'orienter dans ses choix
  • Conclure des ventes, développer un argumentaire et savoir proposer/réaliser des ventes additionnelles
  • Suivre les devis et les commandes
  • Saisir les commandes sur le logiciel et faire les facturations
  • Traiter les retours clients


Profil recherché :


  • Vous préparerez un Bac+3 Responsable Marketing Opérationnel
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en vente
  • Vous maîtrisez des outils numériques
  • Vous avez un bon sens de l’écoute et avez une bon sens relationnel
  • Vous savez conseiller / proposer des réponses aux besoins de vos interlocuteurs
