The role is responsible for supporting the design concept/ creation/ adaptation of creative for ad tech campaigns across all on-site channels. The role is also responsible for review, feedback/ approval/ rejection of creative based on carrefour guideline.

Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities


  • Create concepts based on given brief reflecting the Carrefour guidelines
  • Align with the ongoing campaigns deadlines to ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Be approachable while able to adhere to process & SLAs
  • Review/ feedback on key visuals
  • Create onsite/ offsite banners, emails and social creative assets (static, HTML and video formats)
  • Support design & creation of case studies
  • Produce accurate outputs that meets specification/ requirement
  • Take initiative to move task forward and respect deadline
  • Interpret briefs including advertisement communication objectives and consider them during design approach decisions/ when sharing feedback
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops managers, account managers, designers, copywriters and other stake holders
  • Be creative and willing to take on new challenges and passionate about making things happen
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment without comprising on quality


Minimum Qualifications/education

Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design

Minimum experience

4+ years in Graphic Design / Multimedia Designer preferably in ecommerce


Skills

  • Strong working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and Adobe After effects
  • Strong working knowledge with MAC
  • Experience in video editing based on given templates
  • Portfolio featuring detailed design work including videos
  • Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, composition, color and proportion
  • Ability to balance usability with aesthetics i.e understand balance between internal guideline and how to apply without impacting commercial success
  • Confident and willing to work in a dynamic and multicultural working environment
  • Pixel-perfect attention to design detail
  • English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
  • Working experiences on HTML creative in CRM platform (i.e Braze) is a bonus
  • Understanding/ experiences in HTML5 creative will be an advantage
