Job Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Enthusiast to join our team on a full-time basis. This junior-level position, based in Chennai or Tiruchirappalli, offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and implementing our digital marketing strategies. This role demands creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of digital marketing principles. Qualifications and Skills At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related areas is necessary to understand the essentials of online marketing. Must possess strong social media management skills to engage and grow our online community effectively (Mandatory skill). Proven expertise in creating engaging and original content tailored for diverse platforms will be highly beneficial. Ability to plan and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads is essential. Experience in conversion rate optimization to improve the efficiency and output of campaigns is required. Proficiency in managing multiple digital marketing campaigns simultaneously is crucial for optimal results. Strong data analysis skills to interpret marketing metrics and drive insights for continuous improvement are required. Understanding of SEO practices to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic will be invaluable. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives and enhance brand awareness. Manage social media channels to increase engagement, followers, and generate leads through meaningful interactions. Create and curate compelling content across various platforms to attract and retain target audiences. Execute email marketing campaigns, including editing, copywriting, and audience segmentation. Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and use data for continuous optimization and improvement. Collaborate with the team to optimize website for SEO, ensuring top ranking in search results. Use conversion rate optimization techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness and improve ROI. Monitor industry trends and competitors strategies to innovate and maintain competitive edge.
