Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant (RCM & RMK) Location: Pan India Shift: European shifts (1 PM to 10 PM IST) Contract Duration: 15th Dec 2025 to 15th June 2026 Experience Required: 5+ years overall, with at least 3 4 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) , including multi-country implementations and support . Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations is mandatory Job Summary The consultant will be part of end-to-end implementation and support for SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules across multiple geographies. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support , ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration Full-cycle implementation of RCM and RMK modules. Configure recruitment workflows, job requisitions, candidate profiles, offer templates, and recruiting settings. Manage multi-country compliance , including GDPR and local data privacy laws. Testing & Training Develop and execute test plans, perform unit testing, and support UAT. Deliver training sessions for HR and recruitment teams. Support Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing implementations. Required Skills & Certifications SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting Management (RCM) Recruiter and Candidate experience. Additional certifications in Employee Central or Onboarding are a plus. Strong understanding of XML templates, provisioning setup, and integration with RMK. Ability to work in European time zones and manage global stakeholders. Preferred Attributes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in multi-country projects with diverse compliance requirements. Familiarity with career site builder , third-party integrations, and global recruiting best practices
