About the role

The role isresponsible for provide daily direction and efficient performance of productionrelated activities / functions (Votator and Blends) in the attainment of shortand long-term plant packaging goals. The role is also responsible for day-to-dayactivities in production and operations and scheduling of packed Oils as permarketing / customer requirements.Job Description :Makes filling station tours, reviews shift reports, collects and handles improvement ideas and promotes an innovative environmentMonitors operating supplies; ensures availability of consumable supplies providing communications as necessary to ensure the procurement of necessary supplies to maintain safe and efficient operations.Communicates with other departments ( forwarding, commercial, logistics).Improving work processes and operating efficiencies; monitors changes in industry; stays current with changesMinimize downtimes EDT & SDT - increase manpower and plant utilizationEnsures work is performed according to procedures and standardsManages risk/loss potential to personnel, equipment, and plant operations (production).Organizes proper training on job tasks and safe operation of equipmentResponsible for monthly stock reconciliation, calculation of yields of various packing process and help accounts in arriving at the consumption and production figuresEnsure Cost /budgetLead with Safety and quality

About you

/BE OR Diploma in packaging8-12 years ( packing operations )Experience in packaging process preferably in Edible Oil Business. Exposure to chilling systems and Automation. Well versed in ISO/HACCP/GMP/OSHAS/EHS activities.
