Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor – Final Quality Control to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in our PV solar manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality systems and a strong understanding of industry codes and production practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise final quality control operations in the PV solar manufacturing line
• Implement and monitor quality systems and protocols
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Indian and international standards
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain documentation and reports related to quality metrics
• Train and mentor junior quality staff

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
• Preferred age: Around 30 years

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a PV solar manufacturing industry
• In-depth understanding of quality systems and processes
• Familiarity with Indian and international codes, modern production processes, and practices
