Project Description:Join a key initiative delivering a cutting-edge trading platform for a leading North American hedge fund. NET (C#)- Native integration with Excel- Supports a wide range of asset classes and workflowsResponsibilities:Support daily BAU activities and production issues (L1-L3)Respond to use issues / incidents / request on multiple domains, with a strong focus on Functional elements of OrchestradeResolve daily FO issues on both functional, valuation, and pricingResolve daily issues stemming from multiple trading desks (must)Work closely and address issues from Traders (L3)Amend pre-trade rules, pricing toolsResolve Pre-deal origination workflow and post execution monitoring and life-cycle managementDedicated workflow, configuration of the platform, supporting businessResolve request or issues with P&L, Market Data, and booking issuesAnalyze, formulate, proposed, develop and/or contribute to overall solutions as per PROD Support deliverablesLiaise with technical team(s) -- when needed -- to resolve Functional related issues and necessary enhancementsYield Curve issue resolution and validation; curve assignments; new curve creationContinuous follow-up of new Market regulations/practices globallyPerform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various deliverablesWhen required, develop Functional Business requirements per given stream and according to Project needs as they come alongMandatory Skills Description:Essentials Skills and Qualifications:3-5 years of hands on experience on Orchestrade OR Murex OR Calypso OR similar platformsCapital Market experience with strong cross-products knowledgeStrong knowledge of Financial products and their trade lifecycleExcellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act in an entrepreneurial manner to ensure the requirements from the business are gathered in the appropriate manner.Proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skillsComfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resourcesExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with working in a highly collaborative and dynamic multi-team environmentExperience in writing user stories and working with JIRA /similar tools.System Integration and User Acceptance testingMust have attention to details; have the ability to work independently and also as part of a groupNice-to-Have Skills Description:Experience of Agile practices and processes (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN)Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment is essentialHave a willingness to learn new skills and do whatever is necessary to "get the job done" attitudeBasic Technical skills: SQL, UNIX, and.
