Job Overview:We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in both print and digital design. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, a keen eye for layout and concept development, and proficiency in essential design tools. Key Responsibilities:Create compelling designs for both print and digital platforms, including social media graphics, marketing materials, brochures, and branding assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop concepts and execute designs that align with project goals.Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.Work on layout and typography to ensure high-quality visual communication that engages target audiences.Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to inform creative strategies and enhance design effectiveness.Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve final deliverables.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.Create and maintain design templates for internal and external use to streamline the design process.Assist in the development of creative strategies and concepts for marketing campaigns.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that push creative boundaries.

Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.Proficiency in design software: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with CorelDRAW is a plus.Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.Agency background preferred.
