As a Cross Domain Architect, you will lead a team of technology experts in developing the organization's knowledge and learning portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will play a critical role in facilitating knowledge ramp-up for new technologies, first-office applications, and key projects.

By designing a balanced mix of theoretical and practical learning programs, you will support both internal and external audiences in building relevant expertise. Additionally, you will serve as a global leader, fostering a community of practice that encourages the creation, sharing, and preservation of knowledge.

  • Enable service delivery teams with essential knowledge and skills through training curricula, knowledge transfers, and technical certifications (L3/L4).
  • Collaborate with S&C teams on early PoCs, customer projects, and innovations to enhance capabilities development.
  • Work with NPI teams to integrate field experience from new releases and share learnings with delivery teams.
  • Partner with R&D to track product evolution from early design phases and align enablement strategies.
  • Provide technical oversight for product trainings, certifications, and lab exercises developed by training teams and subject matter experts.
  • Drive knowledge sharing through communities of practice and pilot innovative methods for learning and enablement.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering/Science, or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus. Over 10 years of experience in architecture, design, deployment, or integration, including cross-domain solution delivery in customer environments.
  • Strong experience in one or more domains such as SSP, PaCo, IPTel, Analytics, or Digital Operations, along with experience in Nokia Cloud Infra (NCP/OCP, NCS, CBIS/CBAM) and/or public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Familiarity with 4G/5G architectures, Service Based Architecture, and cloud-native design.
  • A knowledge-driven mindset with the ability to absorb and apply complex technical material, and a strong commitment to sharing expertise within and beyond the team.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills, coupled with entrepreneurial spirit, personal responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural global teams across time zones.
    Strong team player with networking skills, adaptability to new technologies and trends, and the willingness to travel occasionally.

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Knowledge in developing and delivering high-quality technical training.
  • Exposure in deploying cloud-native solutions (CNFs) and setting up labs.
