Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Back-End Development Trainer to join our team in Dharampur, Gorakhpur. As a trainer, you will be responsible for teaching students back-end development concepts and technologies, preparing training materials, and ensuring students are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions in back-end development technologies.
  • Teach programming languages such as Python, , PHP, or Java (based on curriculum).
  • Guide students in building projects, coding assignments, and real-world applications.
  • Develop training modules, assignments, and assessments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide individual mentorship and support to help students succeed.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of at least one back-end language (e.g., Python, PHP, , Java).
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Good understanding of APIs, server-side scripting, and frameworks (like Django, , Laravel, etc.).
  • Prior experience in teaching/training is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
