Hexaware Technologies is on the lookout for a Workday Reporting Consultant to join our dynamic team

Qualifications:6+ years relevant experience with developing reports and dashboards leveraging Workday reporting platform.Proficiency in Workday data solutions, such as report development, Prism, Worksheets, Studio, etc.Experience creating and optimizing SQL queries and working with databases.Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control, and revision systems.Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems.A foundational understanding of security concepts and secure code development techniques.Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Passionate about knowledge sharingAbility to provide detailed information as well as summaries to peers and supervisorsA background in Workday training or certification is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of Workday's reporting capabilities, such as using Report Writer and Composite Reporting for custom reports and analytics.Demonstrated expertise in Workday, including comprehensive knowledge of its HCM and Financial Management modules
