With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC Systems) with strong expertise in CATIA V5 and plastic injection molded component design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC components, meeting automotive standards, and ensuring manufacturability through DFM/DFA principles. This role requires strong technical depth, CAD proficiency, and hands-on experience in product design lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Design 3 D CAD models for plastic injection molded parts using CATIA V5 R24Create part designs using constrained sketches and Boolean operationsWork using multi-skeleton methodology in product structuresDevelop HVAC components complying with DFM/DFA standardsPrepare technical proposals, design reports, and presentationsCreate detailed engineering drawings with GD&TConduct tolerance stack-up analysisPerform vehicle packaging investigations and concept developmentConduct self-checks for CAD quality and design optimizationManage design data using PLM systemsEnsure on-time delivery of design tasks within project budgetMandatory Skills✔ Expertise in CATIA V5 – Part Design, Assembly, and Drafting ✔ Strong hands-on experience in HVAC component design ✔ Knowledge of Injection Molding / Casting manufacturing processes ✔ Strong understanding of GD&T (ISO Geometric Tolerancing) ✔ Experience in tolerance stack-up analysis ✔ Knowledge of DFM/DFA and automotive design standards ✔ Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills
