Job Description:

As an HR Apprentice at LatentView, you will be immersed in the world of human resources, gaining practical experience and exposure to different facets of HR functions. This apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to learn from seasoned HR professionals while contributing to real-world projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

1. Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions
  • Assist in the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.

3. Employee Engagement and Development:

  • End to end management of engagement initiatives
  • Should be capable of organising various initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Should be efficient in logistics, follow up and capable of managing high volume data
  • Support the coordination of training and development programs for employees

4. Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources Management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
