Role: II – Java Full stack Developer :: 10+ Years experiencedLocation: Any location (Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, Noida, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Mangalore, and Indore)Strong in Java and Knowledge in React, Node JS and SQL (Exp: 8+ yrs )Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in software development or IT services, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.- Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies such as Java, NodeJS, React, and SQL.- Demonstrated experience in leading offshore or distributed teams.- Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies and related tools, such as Jira.- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with global teams.Preferred Skills:- Experience collaborating with clients or stakeholders in US time zones.- Familiarity or knowledge of Cold Storage, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.- Previous experience in managing multi-vendor or cross-functional teams.- Certifications in Agile methodologies (such as Scrum Master or SAFe) or technical specializations.
