Data Verification Specialist

Position Summary:Our partner, a leading technology company dedicated to simplifying parking operations with powerful and user-friendly solutions, is currently looking for a Data Verification Specialist. Your primary responsibility of analyzing data for errors and reporting any discrepancies or problems with the datasets. This position is data-driven and will include the completion of weekly and monthly internal and external reports. It will be important to work across various functions and take initiative to ensure the needs of the organization are met.
Experience and Education:Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field/experience+1-year experience as Report Analyst, Customer Service Agent, Contact Service Agent

Primary Job Responsibilities:Create and update data sets that evolve in tandem with our business's needsRaw data gathering from multiple departmentsCreate business reports that provide insight into key data pointsCheck and clean data, considering erroneous/false values with correct figuresReport on insights obtained, which might be utilized to inform business strategiesCreate and present written reports and presentationsAdhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsEnsures services provided comply with customer requirements and expectationsOwns responsibility for outcomes (positive or negative) of one’s work; admits mistakes and refocuses efforts when appropriateCollaborate with other verifiers or team members to achieve departmental goals and deadlines
